How do I make a withdrawal?

FXSalt has an automated funds withdrawal which allows our clients to request a transfer of funds from their trading account balance. In compliance with International money laundering laws we will not allow any third party payments.

To initiate this process clients should log into the members area - enter their withdrawal start code and secret password along with the amount of currency that they want transferred to an account in their own name. There are 3 ways a customer can withdraw funds.

1. Moneybookers, withdrawals are usually processed within 1-2 business days. FXSALT do not charge for withdraws but Moneybookers might have a charge depending on the type of Moneybookers account you have.
2. Bank Wire, withdrawals are usually processed within 2-5 business days. FXSALT do not charge for Withdraws but BZWBK do charge a small wire fee.
3. FXSALT Debit Card, withdrawals are usually processed within 1-2 business days. To see a list of fees please click here.

How do I fund my trading account?

FXSalt has an automated funding system which allows our clients to fund their trading account. In compliance with International money laundering laws we will not allow any third party payments.

To initiate this process clients should log into the members area – click on fund account and follow the instructions. There are 2 ways a customer can fund their trading account.

1. Moneybookers, Fundings are normally processed on the same day. FXSALT do not charge for funding however Moneybookers do charge a fee. Please refer to the Moneybookers website for a list of fees
2. Wire Transfer, This option is available in all countries. Log in to your members area and select Wire Transfer. There you will find a list of accounts you can fund to in the trading currency of your choice.
